excellent servicewarm servicemain pool area
I found the Italian restaurant offered excellent service. Furkan was polite and attentive. He provided warm service, even ending the meal with a handshake. The main pool area was easily accessible from rooms in the 900s and above.
The mini fridge was empty upon arrival, not ideal.

a somewhat underwhelming stay
distant roominconsistent housekeeping
the room was quite a trek. it was far up some serious hills and stairs. this made it difficult, especially with a pushchair (.. ) it seemed like a workout each day. also, housekeeping was spotty. while they made the beds and changed towels, they didn't really clean the showers or toilets regularly. i'd expect better for the price.

splendid getaway
very nice viewssoft sandswater slides
the hotel location IS beautiful with very nice views. i liked the beach with soft sands and clear, warm waters. the variety OF food options available throughout the day was extensive, though the main restaurant could get a little crowded. the several Pools offered different atmospheres, one especially fun due to the water slides.
finding empty chairs near pools DURING peak hours was sometimes a challenge.

there are numerous pools available, catering to different preferences, and a long sandy beach access. a water park provides lots of enjoyment for families, and there are dedicated kids' club that organizes multiple activities.

several restaurants offer various cuisines, like italian, asian, and sea food specialties. snack bars near the beach and pool ensure guests never go hungry. plentiful choices is available, including local and international dishes, all very much flavorful.
